We had a fun filled weekend. We were able to enjoy good friends and family. On Friday night, Dustin and I got to go out with Devin and Melinda to a D-Backs game. The game was really fun, and the weather was perfect. Thanks for going with us Porter's, and thanks Mom and Crystal for watching the boys! Then Saturday, we headed to the Zoo with Jade and his family, Grandma, and Gina and Cole. It was a little warm, but we still had a great time. The Zoo now has a fun little water area for the kids, so we took suites and let them have fun. It was so cute to watch them run around. Catcher thought he was at Disneyland because Disneyland has the same thing over in the bugs life area. It was also Fisher Price weekend at the Zoo. They had new toys for the kids to try out, and a couple of characters from one of their new movies. All in all it was a great weekend with new memories created.

Just Because...

Dustin has been working really hard for our little family lately, and that has meant some late nights. He knows that I have been doing double duty with the kids, and have been a bit stressed out....look what I got, just because. Thank you! I love you!

Popsicle Sticks

Crew has decided that Popsicles are yummy, as you can tell by his chubby cheeks. After the Popsicle is gone, why does the fun have to end? He hams it up by walking up to us with the stick in his mouth like this ALWAYS...it never fails after he is done with a Popsicle he has to come find us with the stick sideways in his mouth. Once you turn and look at him he just gets the cheesiest grin, he knows he is just so funny.

We had the chance to run away to Flagstaff for a quick overnighter for Labor Day. We went with the Norton Family and had a blast. We enjoyed the awesome weather and the great company. We did some site seeing that we had never done. We stopped at Meteor Crater and spent about an hour there touring and taking pictures. It was a fast trip, but we really had fun, and it was good to get out of the city heat for a bit. Thanks Norton's for putting up with us and letting us tag along!
